Courses in English at Suomen Latu Paloheinä

We will arrange mountain biking and roller skiing courses in English in autumn 2019. The next mountain biking for beginners course is on Saturday 7th of September 2019 from 11:00 to 14:00 in Paloheinä Helsinki.
First time on roller skiis, traditional style course is on Saturday 17th of August 2019 from 11:00 to 12:30 in Paloheinä Helsinki. To attend on this course you have to have some experience on winter traditional skiing before hand.
Mountain biking for beginners course
We will begin with the short theory part (etc. equipements, differences of the bikes, every human nature rights and important issues when starting mountainbiking). Soon we will begin bike handling exercises, ready state position practises and in the end we get to enjoy a nice versatile tour in the woods together.

First time on roller skiis course
During this basic roller skiing course for cross country skiing we are practicing the basics and focusing on staying on the skiis. We will start the meeting with a short theory part and will get to know the equipment. Then we start exercises.
We will offer all the needed equipment during the courses.
